I Need a Voter Registration Form
You need to submit a new Voter Registration form which you can print from this website. Click on “Forms & Publications” on the right and find the voter registration form and open the .pdf file. You can fill it out on screen then print it. Don’t forget, sign the form before you mail it:

Yes. If you are currently registered in the state of Ohio you can update your voter registration on-line even if you’re moving from one side of the state to the other. The Secretary of State has launched an on-line registration system that allows you to fill out your information which will then be forwarded to us. Click here to "Update My Ohio Voting Address".
Just remember you have to already be registered in one of the 88 counties of Ohio to use this service. If you’re new to the state you can print a voter registration form by clicking here and mailing it to the Secretary of States office or directly to us at:
